In 2010, our company was introduced to Jim Iacometti, Manageing Director, Benefits Matrix, since we were considering adding a new benefit option to our medical plan offerings.  Jim's knowledge and expertise on the subject of Health Reimburesement Arrangements (HRA's) convinced us it would be beneficial to both the Company and employees to add this plan as an additional cost-effective choice.

Additionally, Jim helped guide us through the administrative process and prepared us for launching this benefit throughout the company.  He traveled to many of our locations to present the plan benefits and assisted us in addressing the issues and answering any questions our employees had.  We were able to successfully implement the HRA and many of our employees have enjoyed the benefits.

Jim is a great resource and his willingness to provide data and reporting, as well as any additional support we have needed, has been greatly appreciated.
